I won't comment on other tires, but with a 255/35/18 Hankook V12 you will have 5-6 more mm of clearance than my 265/35.
U will definately need a roll, but the rubbing might not be too bad if u don't slam it.
Also u might not even need to shave anything off the front with a 225 front
