My car has 125,XXX miles and has been really reliable *knock on wood*. The biggest thing I had to do is replacing the head cylinder block (for ticking noise) but was covered under CPO warranty.
The cool thing about getting a 330 is some of the feature like folding mirrors, xenon headlights, premium sound and etc comes standard and is a option for 325/328 unless BMW changed that or unless you can find a used 328 that has those options. Power in 330 is decent as well. Not fast but not too slow.
