That is a feature of the Procede that requires an additional module. Without an additional module, I don't believe it's possible. I could be wrong but at this time I don't think there's something available for the OFT to allow 2step and NLS.
You could always stack the OFT with the Procede, though and get what appears to be one of the best combinations of tunes available for our cars.
