I don't have a backend flash so I'm not very familiar with them, but I do know that if you have a backend flash for E85, regardless of what map you're on you must have E85, plus the stock LPFP can't handle much more than 35-40 anyway in most cases, so just stick with map 5 is my opinion. It will auto adjust for either fuel type when it sees it.

The sweet spot for me was E40, map 5 with my boost fail safe at 19psi since I would typically see 18-18.5 on that setup.
