Good question. The aforementioned list of timepieces satisfy a specific purpose unavailable by either Patek or IWC. Audemars offers a Dual Time model of the Royal Oak line which would work, but I personally think the attractiveness of the thing is questionable. I would also be willing to part ways with my soul for a Ferrari 458 in Grigio titiano, but I feel this may be the wrong forum for that. Besides, I don't want to get too greedy
