I would pass unless the car had the following done already
1. tranny fluid/filter change
2. new battery
3. rear diff fluid change
4. power steering fluid change
5. break fluid (brake pads too)
6. fresh spark plugs
7. will probably need a new valve cover gasket at that milage too
8. coolant flush and filled
9. cabin filter and air filter replaced

The water pump will go but the milage that this will happen at is debatable so I wouldn't worry till it does happen; just be ready to spend another $400 and thats just on the pump and thermostat, install is not too difficult.

Other wise YOU will be doing all this work within the next few months. If I was you I'd save a a wee bit more and get a 335 with way less miles.
The car was a piece of .... I found two oil leaks which I think are caused by the bad valve cover gasket, the dealer didnt even try and clean the car and it was around the states, also sold at auction twice so I didn't even make an offer I just left. Going to start looking at private party.
