Depends what you want. If you're performance oriented, you can't touch GM Trucks. There's too much out there and they're ridiculously easy to workon.

Personally, the F150 is (in my opinion) the best over all truck.

I own andolder 99 silverado that has full bolt-ons, cam, 3600 stall converter, an had a 150 shot on it at one point. If I were to buy a brand new truck I'd go with an F-150.

With that said, the Raptors are a joke. They run something ridiculous like mid-low 15s in the 1/4, there are quite a few with bent frames just from normal use (no wrecks), heavy, and gas mileage is atrocious.

Basically, it comes down for what you plan to use it for, what your budget it and what cab/bed setup you're looking at.
