Hi, all four will be available hopefully in a couple weeks. I plan to schedule the service visit tomorrow, so it will be dependent on the shop's schedule. Can let you know more tomorrow.
I do not have a tread measuring tool, but like I said the blue line on the lease disc (which indicates 1/8") is completely covered, and then some, on all tires. Back tires appear to be just slightly more worn than front.
