No -- the information sent to the dealer does not contain "codes" --
it list ONLY fault conditions- low tire pressure -- illumination warning -- DSC inactive -- passenger seat belt not buckled -- low coolant warning -- active steering malfunction -- low fuel level warning -- service due -- service overdue --
anything that trips the check control system...
now i would worry if the message display read
"Tuning Device/Software Detected"
but thats not in the logic of the system -- so the codes you refer to are only listed with a diagnostic check of the car and the fault code interrogation
