I changed mine at 153,000; yeah, the fluid was dirty as you'd expect it to be, but I left the reservoir alone. I think it is a bit overkill IMO. If you are going to change the fluid, then do it the right way by pulling the hoses off the rack and letting everything drain out; it's not that difficult.
