yo if you are going to adjust more than a couple threads then id suggest taking taking it out! but a turn or two will not hurt with it installed!
YES honestly i do find it easier to remove the 1 control arm bolt and drop it down but thats 15min and when uve done it 5 times in a day ull find a little twist of a key is bit easier at that point!
