I am anxiously waiting on my alarm to get here and have been trying to read up on how to code it in order to activate it once I get it installed. I am a beginner programmer/coder at best. I have succesffully enabled some options like digital speedo, roll up windows with Fob, etc., but the posts that I have seen for alarm coding seem to start out mentioning things like VO and $302/K302, blank man file, etc. Sorry, but this doesn't mean much to me (yet). Can someone please tell me how to do this from start to finish after I get all the alarm components installed in the vehichle. I would Greatly appreciate it!

One last comment, I hear you can configure some options for the alarm via iDrive. I don't have any "alarm settings" kind of stuff in the menu. Was wondering how I get those, and then how to find them via iDrive.
