So it's 2015 and they should have started making the black plates.
Has anyone gotten their legacy plates yet?
How long did it take them to cash your check?
How long after cashing the check did it take you to get the plate?
The FAQ says it could take 9-12 months to get the plate
I sent in my application over a month ago and they still haven't cashed my check.
