Thanks all. I've learned a bit more. Yes Logic 7 (and I am aware that "L7" is also a sweet 1st gen Turbo 7 Series bimmer - there are several around here in Dallas - gray market cars - I had a nice Anthracite/Natur '82 733i many years ago - wish I'd known about L7s at the time of that purchase) was std. for '08 on all U.S. market 335i cars, BUT if either the Satelite Radio (655 ?) or HD Radio (653 ?)options were selected, then the Logic 7 was not installed and substituted with a "Premium" NON LOGIC 7 sound system without the 7 channel coding DSP and less speakers and no subs under the seats, so... for those cars, is this correct ? Thanks. It seems that quite a lot of 335is do not have L7 due to these conflicted options. I don't like how satellite radio sounds anyway - usually very tinny and weird. Appreciate the replies, this is a good forum.
