The HPFP was an issue. The warranty has been extended to 100k I believe. Misfirings are common once you get a tune. I would plan on changing your plugs. This explains it pretty well.

Gonna call my local bmw dealer and see if it had been changed. I'm sure they can look it up in their systems. If its not too hard to do a plug change myself ill do it myself and some me some money, but ive nevr worked on a bmw before.
