I thought rotary will damge your paint becasue they are focuing on one spot and generate enough heat to damage the paint. Yes, my garage trim is painted white, i already applied a scratch remover product to the surface, that pics are taken after that is done. So whatever on there, i cant remove it with scratch remover. Yea, i think repaint would probably be the case, but i just want to mess with it first before i repaint the bumper (if it is cheap, haha)
