I can actually relate to what you are talking about. My wife always tell me that it would be nice to buy her some flower, but the thought gets ruined because I never get the chance to surprise her! I agree money wasted on flowers that are only going to last but a few days and then all you have left is a vase with wilted flowers that you throw away anyway.
