Did you do a PPI? If not you should have, especially when buying a high milage car that is known to be problematic. The best thing you can do is try to get the dealer you bought it from to repair the car, that's about the only thing you can do at this point, because I'm pretty sure a 07 335i with high milage was sold as-is, and I don't see the use in paying a lawyer to go after them when nine times out of ten it will result in nothing happening. Get a classic BMW like an e30. I have one and there great cars! I just rebuilt the engine, trans, did the interior in saddle brown, and did the electrical. When it's painted I'm selling my 335i and using the e30 as my DD. If you could, try to get a 2011 335i mines hasn't given any problems not even any squeaks.
