I got in contact with Irv last Nov. and he has been amazing. He has been very easy to work with, knowledgeable about the ED process and he always responds to e-mail and phone calls in a timely fashion. I had placed an order for a ED on Feb. 20th 2009, but I was not ready so I called Irv today 1/15 to tell him that I needed to push out my car delivery. Irv was awesome in securing my new ED date in May along with getting all the correct paperwork needed for the change. I can highly recommend Irv to anyone even if you are not local.
