I have a pair of brand new (in box) RE 10mm spacers on their way to me now. I just ordered a new set of rims, and will not need the 10mm spacer as I originally anticipated.
The spacer does come with extended lugbolts. I do not have any pictures of them, but they will be brand spanking new when they arrive this week.
