I read over my lease agreement today and there is absolutely nothing that would prevent me from flashing my 335i. In fact, there is nothing there that prevents someone from tuning their vehicle either. The closest provision just states you must return your car to stock before turning it in.

my opinion on
my lease and cannot and should not be applied universally across the board - everyone should read their own leases. Also this has no bearing on warranty implications. I'm just trying to point out if you actually take the time to read your lease, which I finally did, it may be a lot less restrictive than you would think. Too bad I only have x months left on my lease and don't think the Dinan flash is really worth it at this point.
My next project...sit down and read over the warranty.
