to me, that quote looked like he just failed to mention he was the 2nd owner. although its more formal to disclose the complete history of something, its completely up to the buyer to make sure he or she knows what he or she is buying. especially if its used. its business, people do that all the time. its only unlawful if the seller specifically stated something that was false. just looks like the op felt like an ass for buying something without asking for further details as well as paying more than what the seller bought them for. simply put. buyer beware
