Thanks for the opinions, I have decided to bite the bullet, keep the car a couple of years and invest in a set of wheels and winters.
I'm already fed up of the will I/wont I be able to get to work etc
On the same subject but will taking off the staggered wheels and putting on 8J all round require any additional stuff (I've seen people mention spacers etc) and will it make a difference putting tyres with a profile of 40 on the rear (ie 225/40/18) as the current rear tyre profile is 35?
