I think you will be very lucky to get 6-7% discount from the dealer even if sales are bad they are stubborn.

The 320i E93 is a bit underpowered for me, it feels good when you get it going though.

As for engine issues, it does seem there are problems, jerky tickover, lack of power from 1500 to 2000rpm and lack of response to throttle input to which BMW are dragging thier heels.

Mine gave me a few indications of not being right but not really enough to warrant bothering the dealer.

The worst thing for me was the 27mpg for a 320i ED engine (I must admit that I lef the auto box in DS mode so when I used the throttle it actually did something).

I would buy one with a few thousand miles on it as the savings can be good but will still cost from 27K to 36K dependant on age and options.

Weigh it up with any dealer savings you can get
