Speaking only for myself, I was speaking to the alleged copyright violation of BMS using the OP's images without permission.
BMS is certainly in a difficult position; not responding within this thread leaves one side of the story in people's minds. Responding to the thread risks turning it into a flame-fest. Tough call, neither choice is a good one.
