Ha ha no worries.
It looks like vacuum is likely the root cause of the issues. Replacing all the remaining hoses and the other actuator may rule this out. You can keep testing it as we did. You mentionned a manifold cover gasket leak, could this leak boost/vacuum?
The other thing to consider is to upgrade to G5 ISO..
