Also. I wouldnt wannna be a gunea pig for this, but on my little brothers 99.5 audi A4. we drilled through the casing in the back, drilled into the orange pieces to break them up. then with needle nose pliers pulled chunks of the yellow out until it was all clear, then siliconed the holes we drilled. they look great.
this might be worth a try.

i have used this way to clear my acura vigor corner light. i didnt think of this. i will have to wait and see if its possible.
