I honestly thought the meaning of those three simple words did not require an explanation.
OR BEST OFFER.....street meaning: I would be smiling like that cat who ate the canary if someone gave me my asking price, but, not being a complete idiot, I understand the "street" value of these wheels to most on this forum, therefore it is understood (at least I assumed it was ....my bad) that I am willing to negotiate.
NEGOTIATE: dumbed down meaning: you make me an offer, which will be your "cat that ate the canary" number, we make offers back and forth until we both feel satisfied, albeit not as satisfied as the aforementioned cat.
I truly hope this has clarified my "listed price" and what I meant by "or best offer".
