The car has been parked in the garage for around 3 weeks under a cover all good

Thought i would give it a run on Thursday backed it out of the garage warmed up the engine, then BING BONG
ABS failure

Drove the car to work pluged in Autologic and it comes up with ABS failure replace unit.
Spoke to BMW sorry sir your price is $3400.00 i said shit not a good look as the car has only done 12,00km
seams like a lot of pre 09 BMW have this issue and no fix just replace. No way was i a happy camper this is crap, i want a new Buell not a new ABS unit.
So here we go another R&D fix, Chris and i spent most of Thursday stripping the unit very carefully to see how the thing works.
Well the short story its all good now i wonder how many units have been biffed into the bin when they could have been fixed
and could have saved the client $5000.00.
