I think BMWLogger may be too "new" to be thrown around just yet, but it will work just fine if your module is already coded for the 70ah battery. If you replaced your battery with a new battery that has a different ah rating you should recode your module for the new rating first, as mentioned above, before resetting IBS for the new battery.
