I have both, the 360 for halo and ps3 for the blu ray player. If you're heavy into online gaming then live is a must and you get what you pay for. I've only played mw2 on psn and it's not bad for being free, but the network on live is definitely better.
If I had to do it all over again and if it wasn't for halo then I'd get a ps3. Better hardware too.
