I drove off the lot not knowing that my car has this issue. After detailing my car for the first time myself, I noticed it. Called the dealership and complained. They did a complimentary clay bar, wax and polish. It came out great but one of the Associates told me that if it wasn't what I wanted that I could file a claim with bmw NA. If you purchased the car new, you might be able to get the dealership to fix it for you
