Yeah its not so much that I am concerned about the car breaking down, I think its clear simply restarting the car clears up the engine malfunction. I agree, talk to BMS and see what they say, but if the jb+ isn't on the car and the code is still there/you don't clear it with the bt scanner, bmw would have NO way to knowing that it was in the first place
