May be a blessing in disguise, just take it to an independent shop, tell them about the eccentric shaft problems. they may need to take off the head to replace the part, but with the head off, have them mill the head 40 thousands and do a 3 angle valve job and replace the timing chain. You get it back w/ problems fixed and a lot faster* (*get a tune).
