Can anyone allaborate on the differnces and is it worth it to try and figure out how to retrofit the 6FL[/QUOTE]
Well I believe that the 6FL will allow you to also connect USB devices like thumb drives and USB hard drives.
Also I read (from this forum) that the 6FL is much faster when indexing all the iPod songs, and the controllers and more responsive than the Most iPod kit.
I know that we might not have all the hardware in the BMWs E90 models before 6FL, but I will add it (in a heart beat) if this 6FL retrofit will became available.
