Illinois is where that cabbie mowed down the pedestrian recently, right? That's a pretty good route as far as speed goes. It is in the wrong direction but sometimes you have to do that to get where you're going faster in the city.
Can you even get on at Adams though? I'd rather get on the freeway as far away from all the Circle shit as possible. Go North.
