Well, for my acs lip (replica), the instructions were to remove the 3 grills at the bottom of the bumper, i don't know of any problem with the mudflap. I installed the lip right after I put in my PMB (when wheel cover was off). Atm, the lip doesn't fit perfectly cause I have a very difficult time removing the lower grill in the middle. Hope that helps.
