i had to get an alignment too because i was moving the subframe around too much..
Started off getting 4wd malfunction codes.
and i swapped the o2 sensors by accident. ran super rough at idle and was misfiring. I am tuned with procede rev2.5 v5 so today i did some data logging and read codes. after switching the o2 sensors im still getting misfire at WOT and eventually limp mode with 3 cylinders misfiring.. 
Codes my procede give me are :
11326
11421
11435
10706
all lambda related codes besides the last one. I think i damaged one of the sensors so that needs to be replaced then ill run aggressive maps.
hopefully that is the problem I am going to order one tonight hopefully get it handled soon. Sounds amazing tho. VERY LOUD!!!

Sounds mean! Since my last car, I've been going for a quieter car, so no exhaust for me, but I've heard the DPs add a little grunt, which is always nice.
And damn, sorry to hear about all the issues, that SUCKS! I think I'll just have a shop install the DP and FMIC just so I don't have to stress about it. I have about 4,000 miles, so I'm in the exact same boat you are, lol.
