Umm, there is a voluntary recall for the HPFP. There were threads about it and the letters are being mailed out. Actually, I saw a thread here about 1-2 months ago with 466 hpfp in the work order of a user here.
I called BMWNA yesterday to make sure that they have my correct address so that I can get my recall letters for fuel injectors and the hpfp.
A very knowledgeable user here posted that all you need to do is bring your car to the dealer and ask them to give you recall information for it. The system should automatically show the recall info to them.
