Griot's Rubber Cleaner (to scrub away the brown stuff) then Griot's Rubber & Vinyl protectant. Leaves the tires nice & matte black - like new rubber. Personally, I don't like that glossy shine, especially when it flies off while you drive.
Also, that tire foam crap... it is the worst product you can use for your rims. It will eat away at the coating (unless you have damn good spraying aim & never have any overspray)
