This is not normal according to my BMW dealer here. They just replaced the seals in my turbos a month ago. The leaking turbos come from inadequate shut down with a hot engine. After running the car hard for long periods of time the oil is so hot in the turbos that it requires a cool down period for a minimum of 2 minutes to prolong the life of the seals in the turbos.
