Jokster are off the hook again here. Anyways, there was no real solution. The noise somewhat diminished over time, I am not sure if it went away completely, I don't drive with the windows open that much anymore due to weather here in NJ. I talked to a BMW rep once on the phone about it, and he pretty much told me to backup a couple of times at speed and then brake hard to clear up any break dust buildup that there may be. Not sure if that made a difference though.
