I could be misunderstanding the noise you're describing, but a lot of high performance brakes will make a lot of different noises when coming to a stop and I've always thought it to be pretty normal. For instance a friend of mine drives a c6 z51 Corvette (off topic: LG coilovers and long tube headers on his car are supreme. Haha) and his brakes have always made a sort of slight vibration accompanied with what sounds like the pads slipping across the rotors when it's coming to a stop.
