As Mega has noted the 320D with efficient dynamics would be the one to go for, mapped it should be a pretty decent with easily 200hp+ and bags of torque.
All the efficient dynamic engines are much more economical, given the chance again I would have saved longer and bought a later model but we needed a car at the time so bite the bullet!
325D and 330D are more or less the same, based on the same 3ltr engine.. I think the turbos are slightly different therefore a small power output difference. Its been said that a 325D mapped isn't a million miles off a mild mapped 330D
