I've seen labor on turbo replacement as low as 10hrs and as high as 20hrs. Really depends on the place.
And I doubt you will find new turbos for $600 each. Ever since the extended warranty went through, the price has almost doubled (supply/demand). Currently on Tischer, they want $1100 each. You might as well go to an Indy and go the RB route.
