I actually switched to Increditek's Nightly CM9 build. It's pretty similar to the Linaro-optimized CM9 I changed from (per Mamarley).
So far, the bluetooth is working and I haven't had anything else weird happen.
Maybe it was just something in Mamarley's CM9 that was the issue.
