Hi guys, I was one of the first people to post on here about my problems with my 2007, then my 2008 320i. I got so fed up I went and bought a merc (shhhh I know!!) 18 months ago. I'd put all this to the back of my mind until a Polish lorry hit a colleague's M3, as a temporary replacement car he was given a 59 plate 320i MSport - guess what! 20k on the clock and it's hesitating, juddering and showing the occasional engine light - just utter pants!! Sorry to hear that people are still having issues - good luck guys they are still beautiful cars!
