Hi, im sorry to open another post about the mitsubishi electronic turbo actuator.
Well long story short;

When i unlock my car, my actuator is functioning.
When i start the car it isnt, can barely get up to 2k rpm,
2days ago, i fiddelt with it and the car was boosting and the actuator was functioning, but it was boosting late (2500rpm) yesterday i started my car and nothing, loud turbine spool/wooshing sound but no boost.
The arm of the turbo VNT is moving free without any obstruction.
Ista+ isnt throwing any error codes. Im lost!

I tried;
Cleaning map/maf sensor
Cleaning and de cokeing intake
Cleaning Egr
Replaced the actuator with another used one

Im lost!
Could anyone spare me some info on why the actuator
