removing $639 from the VO list will remove the BMW assist feature and should get rid of the error.
someone mentioned that the below steps solved his problem.

Ok so I finally got around to changing my VO and getting rid of this SOS error.
The value to add to the VO was +TELD. Not -TELD!!!!
FA_Write to CAS and FRM.
SG_Codieren TCUM, CAPPL, KOMBI, and ABG.
Error is now gone!
