WANTED: Transmission cooler for 6AT
Hi folks,
I've been looking for a dedicated transmission cooler for quite some time now, to fight the overheating coolant problems on the racetrack. Yet there are no complete kits available and a custom job is quite expensive.
I'm sure we could get a groupbuy started to kick things off if a shop (VAC, Evolution Racewerks, AR design...well anyone!!) would produce a working setup.
What we need is a good core, AN oil lines, a mounting bracket to put the cooler in the driver side wheel well below the radiator of the PPK, and something to block off the original openings in the main radiator. Voilà.
Would be nice if vendors could chime in.
